St Ives Country Club, a private, full-service club in Johns Creek, Georgia, competes with other top-notch clubs within the Atlanta area. Keeping existing members and bringing in new members is key to its livelihood.

So in the interest of maintaining their Tom Fazio-designed course while reducing costs in order to fund a major renovation, the club contracted BrightView.

At the same time, BrightView worked with St Ives to plan and execute a strategic renovation of course infrastructure with the goal of modernizing and upgrading the course.

Through comprehensive planning and sophisticated execution, the course — and course play — reached the level of quality that kept and drew members. At the same time, expenses for golf course maintenance decreased nearly 25 percent from 2008 levels.
